[Preview Release] mozilla-thunderbird 0.8

Finally the new mozilla-thunderbird 0.8 package is ready. It includes lots of new stuff on its way to 1.0 (e.g. RSS Support). See the official release notes for more details on this new release. Enigmail is not yet ready, but will come soon.
I patched thunderbirds extension manager with a tiny patch in order to allow thunderbird to startup properly. If you are interested take a look at the 70_toolkit_mozapps_extensions_src_nsExtensionsManager_in.dpatch.
